    Naomi Dake is an experienced Coach and Organisation Development/ Wellbeing Specialist, who is passionate about enabling people and organisations to improve their overall effectiveness.

    Her career began in HR Management over 20 years-ago and she has since worked in a number of HR/OD and change-based organisational roles across a breadth of industries and sectors.

    Naomi spent ninr years in market-leading consultancy firms, working on bespoke client transformation and strategic people projects, before moving into setting up her own business.

    She now runs her own coaching and development business, where she works with individuals, teams/groups and organisations in creating and implementing change, wellbeing strategy and leadership development.

    Naomi says she particularly enjoys her 1-1 and small group work, where she can support individual clients to discover and fulfil their own development and transformation, through her business/life coaching and therapeutic coaching practice
