Following many years of experience in busy finance departments, now she work's with stressed Finance Directors, assisting them to develop effective teams and reduce their stress levels. She has a finance background which means that she brings a commercial input to assist owners of established SMEs who are serious about growing their companies with an emphasis on personal growth for business growth. With over 10 years as a professional coach and mentor, she works with recently qualified coaches, assisting them to grow profitable businesses and develop their coaching skills.

Adel McCormack: A highly experienced coach and mentor, working in leadership development in the NHS and the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M). Adele is Head of Standards at the IAPC&M where she is Head of Education. As Head of Standards, Adele oversees the professional standards and ethics framework for our accredited coaches and mentors.
