An interactive session about how you can use questions to make a difference.
In this playful and interactive talk, Mo will share the importance of asking quality questions to understand, influence and support both personal and business relationships and how listening involves more than just your ears.
Mo (Harford) Bury, Managing Director, Momentum Training and Development Ltd
After 30+ years in sales, management, coaching and training, Mo Bury has amassed a vast resource of experience to help people change their behaviour and improve their experience of being in business and in relationships. Her speciality, helping people who don’t consider they are sales people to being able to enjoy sales, has come from her obsession with learning about behavioural science, neurology, and what makes people do what they do. Mo works with global organisations such as AECOM, Gowling WLG and ISS Worldwide and in a variety of industries to help people change behaviour and reach their potential especially in the area of influence and persuasion.
Our Virtual Business Forums are held on the second Wednesday of the month between 6pm – 7.30pm. At each session we will focus on a ‘hot topic’, this will include a 30-40 minute talk by an expert speaker followed by the opportunity to discuss, share experience and knowledge, discuss any problems, and receive advice and guidance. For many people, this continues to be a very challenging time and whilst there will be a focus on business matters, we also hope to make the sessions relatively informal, providing you with an opportunity to see a friendly face and speak to a number of different people.
We understand the need to provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable in seeking advice from others and have open conversations. As such, we have made the decision to follow ‘Chatham House rules’ and will be not be recording these sessions, and all participants must refrain from taking screenshots or making their own recording. This is to ensure that everybody at the sessions feel at ease and can be open as they wish to be.
