Businesses and non-commercial organisations are facing increased pressure from society and regulators to be more connected with next-generation societal values such as sustainability, transparency, responsible innovation, inclusion and shared prosperity.
Organisations are therefore being asked difficult questions about their relevance, purpose and legitimacy. However, traditional financial and annual reports are becoming increasingly complex and difficult to understand and interpret.
The International Framework for Integrated Reporting sets out best practice guidance for an Integrated Report. This presentation will focus on how the Framework assists organisations to tell their own concise story about how their strategy, governance, performance and prospects, leads to the creation of enduring value for shareholders, customers, communities and society as a whole.
At this event you will learn about:
• the business case for Integrated Reporting,
• a grasp of the fundamental concepts, the major principles and content requirements of an Integrated Report in accordance with the International Framework
• why management accountments are ideally placed to take a leading role in the development and production of Integrated Reports.
