Speaker: Stephen Green, Europe Technical Sales Manager - Business Analytics

Stephen Green is an IT professional with over 30 years’ experience. Starting as a COBOL programmer then using 4GL from Cognos Stephen has experience of many O/S’s and Databases from Index Sequential Systems through Relational DBs to today’s Hadoop and big data systems. He has been working with BI tools since 1990 when he first used Cognos PowerPlay and Impromptu and has used and supported every version of Cognos BI tools since. Stephen joined Cognos in 1998 in pre-sales and has been with the company since always in a pre-sales role including through the acquisition by IBM in 2007. Stephen is currently the Business Analytics Pre-Sales Manager for EMEA for IBM.
