Based on Magdalena's experience from Unilever and previous companies, she will explain what is important when she is recruiting people to her team, what skills and competencies she is looking for, and what type of education of potential candidates are encouraging her to employ them. Magdalena will talk about questions during recruitment processes which are important for her.

In addition to this, she will share what has changed during previous years in expectations for Finance coming from a business perspective. Automatization aspect and challenges connected with it will be next crucial topics for our meeting, especially changes of processes and mindset of our teams to meet needs from our companies.

Speaker Details

Magdalena Wereda-Kolasińska, PhD, FCMA, CGMA, MBA – experienced Finance Director in FMCG, Health and Financial Industries.

Magdalena has been working for past 1.5 years as Finance Director in Unilever Poland and Baltics and as a Member of Supervisory Board at Unilever Eesti AS. Responsible for whole finance processes, budgeting, financial strategy and projects aimed to fuel organisation.

Previously, Magdalena spent 5 years building a start up in health industry PZU Health and responsible for financial processes including reporting, budgeting, accounting policies.
