Join us, for the CIMA Teesside Branch, first in-person event, since before the pandemic, to hear from award winning speaker, trainer, and author, Heather Wright, Director at Advance Performance Ltd, who will discuss that being right isn’t enough, and only by persuading others to listen to you, can you then influence them. What we often don’t realise is how much groundwork is put in, to build the right relationships in order to influence. This session will give you the keys.

Heather will show you the four vital skills of influencing, including how to connect with people and build relationships – both internally and externally, so that you can communicate on a more effective and personal level.
She will demonstrate how to listen out for the three different conversations, allowing you to understand what is important to others and thus change the perspective of what you need to say.
Putting these skills into place will help you to be more persuasive and expand your spheres of influence. The session will contain a practical model that will help you to structure your approach and increase your personal impact.
