Programme outline

Heather will show you the four vital skills of influencing, including how to connect with people and build relationships – both internally and externally, so that you can communicate on a more effective and personal level.

She will demonstrate how to listen out for the three different conversations, allowing you to understand what is important to others and thus change the perspective of what you need to say.

Putting these skills into place will help you to be more persuasive and expand your spheres of influence. The session will contain a practical model that will help you to structure your approach and increase your personal impact.

Who will benefit from attending this event?

  • Those of you who wish to increase your level of influence.

The learning outcomes from Heather’s presentation include:

  • How to connect with people without the need for being a raving extrovert.
  • The ability to understand the needs of the listener.
  • The keys to lock in better relationships – internally and externally.
