Monique N. Codjoe is currently a Director at HSBC Group Management Services Ltd. where she serves as the Regional Chief Control Officer (CCO) for the Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM) business in Europe.

As Regional CCO, Monique acts as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders, supporting the risk management of the European business profile. Her directives are to provide value-add and proactive risk management execution to enable GLCM to operate within its risk appetite, and to ensure efficient and effective risk and control management.

Monique also currently serves as the part of the Advisory Board for HSBC’s US-based African Heritage Employee Resource Group, a committee formed to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and actions towards the attraction, retention, and promotion of African American employees in the US.
