Ross Gunn will share what employers are looking for when an applicant is seeking a career switch or the next level, and how you can improve your prospect of getting that perfect job. If you are looking to start your own practise, Laurence Hodgens will be sharing insights about their journey about how they made the transition.

  • Balance career progression and life outside work
  • Transition from one role to another (financial or otherwise) and from one level to the next
