Statistics have identified that anxiety levels are at an all time high and many of us are at increased risk of burnout. For employers it can be difficult to know exactly how to best support each team member with their own set of personal circumstances and potential stressors as we move out of lockdown. We will explore ways of holding proactive and sensitive conversations remotely but also back in the workplace, ways of minimising risks for staff, and will also raise awareness of our own perspectives so as to best recognise our own needs, and potential biases towards others. The session will be interactive with a breakout and plenty of opportunity to connect and share with others using the chat function.
