Mark will discuss the importance of joined-up end to end processes and the need to measure how they perform. He will take you through the tools and techniques he uses to identify improvement opportunities and also how to assess the impact on functions, processes and roles when implementing change. He will show how these tools can be adapted when building new business capabilities as well as how to remediate current ones. This is a practical step by step guide to delivering tangible results quickly, especially where complex functional silos persist in an organisation.
