Join this webinar to hear from Caroline Westley and Christine Morrison from Mental Health Innovations, the UK charity who have developed and run the UKs only SMS text message mental health service. The team will demonstrate how the Shout service has grown through the pandemic, along with the mental health pressures faced in the UK.

Caroline and Christine will introduce the Shout service, and how individuals can access this for their own mental well-being.
They will share in-depth data looking at the UKs mental health trends, with some of the clinical insights behind these changes.
The team will also present options of bespoke Shout services and training for organisations within the UK to improve employee and customer well-being.
Caroline Westley – Caroline Westley is the Head of Partnerships within Mental Health Innovations, working with external organisations in the public, private and charitable sectors to extend the reach of the Shout service. Working in MHI for 6 months, Caroline has created the commissioned keyword services within Shout, which is now contracted with over 25 different organisations.
Prior to MHI, Caroline worked as Head of Busines Development within the NSPCC understanding the services available within the UK, and supporting practitioners to develop new services for Children and Young People.
Christine Morrison - Christine Morrison is a Mental Health Clinician with specialty in Crisis Intervention, Suicidology, and interpersonal communication. Christine is the Head of Product Management at Mental Health Innovations. In this role, she aids in the development of products and policies for Shout 85258, which is one of the partners of the Our Frontline campaign supporting key workers.
She also helps create clinical training content both internally to support the volunteer community and externally for partner organisations.
