About Anna

Anna Harrington is a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, also Founder of, and Occupational Health Advisor at, WHIB Ltd. Anna has been advising organisations for over 20 years on all aspects of health and wellbeing at work. She is a published author (Mental health at work chapter in Contemporary Occupational Health Nursing), a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) taskforce group for E, D & I, and SOM Long COVID multidisciplinary group.

Anna’s special interest is mental health; not just mental ill health but how to enable employees and organisations to thrive. To this end she is a facilitator of Prosocial ARC, which aims to build equitable, collaborative and productive working groups.

She has written a number of eLearning courses; Improve your sleep, Long COVID for employees with symptoms, also COVID-19 employee risk management.
