    Azhar Ali Syed, CPA, is based in Dallas, TX and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Business Transformation for Tetra Pak North, Central & South American regions. Tetra Pak is the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company with annual net sales of €11 billion and 25,000 employees in over 160 countries. Azhar previously held several leadership roles including Vice President of Global Procurement and Vice President of Finance and Global Supply Chain Operations based in Switzerland. Azhar's current focus areas include developing and implementing business strategy, driving financial performance and digital transformation; and most importantly developing people and the organization to achieve their 2030 strategic goals.

  • Barry Payne

    Barry Payne is Director, External Relations at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. In this role, he serves as a liaison to CFOs and CEOs to understand how finance teams are evolving and explore the skills, competencies and mindsets that are emerging and important. Barry is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with employers and elevating awareness of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.

    Through working in various consulting and education roles, Barry brings extensive experience of helping companies build sustainable talent development programs to help finance professional create more value for their organizations.

    Barry is a UK chartered accountant and currently based in London, UK.
