    Christopher Hatten, CPA, CVA, CM&AA Director, Audit

    Chris has approximately 17 years of public accounting experience. His experience includes audit and financial consulting for publicly owned and privately held businesses. Areas of industry concentration include power generation, oilfield service, midstream energy, hospitality, manufacturing and software development companies.

    His experience also includes assisting publicly owned and private equity groups with mergers and acquisitions, to include the quality of earnings, transaction modelling and associated due diligence procedures.

    His SEC reporting experience includes reporting on Form 10K and Form 10Q. He is also in-charge of the firms SSAE 16 engagements.

    He provides audit and financial reporting services to clients with international operations including U.S. and foreign-owned companies with multiple subsidiaries and locations.

    Chris is also a member of the PKF Texas energy, IFRS, transaction advisory services and employee benefit plan teams.

    David M. Loev founded The Loev Law Firm, PC in January 2003.

    David has represented a variety of public and private small to medium sized companies and has experience with public and private offerings of securities, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, up-listings to NYSE & NASDAQ, and federal securities law compliance.

    David M. Loev received his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1997 and received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. David was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997. David is also a Certified Public Accountant. David is a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association. David is a member of the American Bar Association – Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, Texas Bar Association – Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, the Houston Bar Association – Securities Litigation Section, and a Candidate for Credentialing with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
