1. How to make virtual meetings as effective if not more effective than face-to-face meetings.
2. What are the downsides of virtual meetings and how to avoid them
3. What you can learn from cognitive and behavioural psychology to make your meetings successful.

Your speaker: Nicci Take Nicci started in sales in the 1990’s and she won the Shell Live Wire best business start-up in Merseyside for 1997. Nicci was one of Insider magazine’s 42 under 42 entrepreneurs and has spent 25 years coaching CEOs and sales leads of major global organisations into growth. Her client mix includes IBM, HP, Mercer, United Health and major global players in almost every sector. She is currently interim Head of Growth for the UK’s largest pension provider. In 2017 she made the FT’s global outstanding list of 100 LGBT role models and in 2018 the FT’s global Heroes List of 100 women who support women in business.
