  Liz Lugt is a leadership consultant, speaker and coach. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Liz spent the first ten years of her career working in Finance for Deloitte, Disney and Virgin. It was this experience that led Liz to the conclusion that a healthy workplace culture is a critical component for organisational success but also the most neglected.

  So, in 2010 she founded Movation Leadership to address this gap by helping leaders become more effective, teams more cohesive and employees more engaged. Liz does this by combining her professional qualification, solid commercial background, soft skills frameworks and more than 20 years of experience developing leaders and teams.

  Liz is a Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and an Everything DiSC Authorised Partner. She is a member of international consulting firm, The Tablegroup's, CAPA Pro membership network, the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs and the Professional Speaking Association. Liz is also the creator of the online personal finance course, Roadmap to Financial Freedom.
