Programme outline
Ian will explore the role of leadership in a crisis and how some of the traditional thinking may not always fit and provide the benefits and the outcomes we need. What is ‘Crisis’ good for and how can we establish powerful lessons that can be invaluable for us in this world of continually expanding Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.

An enthusiastic and committed learning and development specialist, with more than 20 years of experience developing high-performance organisations, teams and individuals.
Bring passion and purpose to every project I am connected with, being highly regarded by individuals and organisations as a truly fabulous learning and development specialist. Working with people and organisations to help them improve relationships at all levels. I have been blessed to have designed, developing and delivering some amazing personal development programmes including Leadership and Coach Education Programmes. Practicing what I teach, I also work as a performance coach and coaching supervisor, making the occasional appearance as a conference speaker.
I help organisations steer through leadership development, talent management and change management programmes. My personal experiences of the business change process and my strategic problem-solving skills have made me an empathetic mentor and facilitator for business leaders.
