Programme outline

This introduction to mindfulness session will include: 

• The basic elements of mindfulness practice 

• Some exercises to start practicing 

• How mindfulness works & its benefits – the scientific evidence 

• How to introduce some formal and informal mindfulness into your daily routine  

• identifying common and personal stress triggers and how to boost mental resilience - including blended working and post pandemic stresses 

Disclaimer:  Mindfulness is a safe and effective stress management tool.  However, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by the mental health team/health care provider, the course provider, Stillworks Meditation, will require you to obtain consent from them to attend this mindfulness course.

Natalie Snuggs, Stillworks Meditation

Natalie Snuggs is a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher, hypnobirther and hypnotherapist, accredited through The British School of Meditation and KGH, accreditations which are endorsed by Ascentis, OFQAL and the Royal College of Midwives. An experienced teacher, she has been instructing children and adults for over 25 years in easy to learn exercises. Research shows that just 8 weeks of regular practice reduces stress, improves the immune system and measurably improves chronic conditions including pain reduction and improved mobility.
