Programme outline

It has been a tough couple of years. We now need to figure out new ways of working that improve performance and protect our wellbeing. The biggest threat to wellbeing that faces professionals is burnout. Hybrid working can either minimise or exacerbate burnout. We need to become more resilient, both in our professional and personal lives. In this workshop, Dr Mike Drayton will explore the way we manage stress and the challenges that life throws at us, how we can make positive adjustments in the face of hybrid working and maintain our wellbeing during these challenging times.

At the end of the workshop participants will walk away knowing:

● What is burnout?

● How does working from home affect our wellbeing?

● How does personality affect burnout?

● How can I best manage a remote team?

● What exactly is resilience?

● What are the four factors that contribute to our resilience?

● What practical things can I do to feel more resilient

● What can I do to be more resilient at home?
