Speaker Biography Peter Hall has been a Director and Insolvency Practitioner in Southampton since 1984. He is an administrator of a number of boat builders and many other companies. Peteris also a Supervisor of the voluntary arrangement of Bournemouth FC and was previously a partner in Grant Thornton
