Programme outline

Laughter is something we are born with, humour is something that can be learnt and developed.

It’s a thinking skill and can be used as a way to look at the world differently. Using humour we can think differently and build resilience.

In this short, fun and interactive presentation Stephanie Davies will help you think about what you can do to build your resilience using humour and how it can be used to look at situations differently and help us move forward.

The session will share information on:

  1. What is resilience and how can we get more of it.
  2. How to use FLIP it thinking to feel calm and in control.
  3. How to use laughter and humour to see situations differently.
  4. How humour can be used to build resilience and positive thinking.

Joining instructions with a link to join this event run via Zoom will be sent to all attendees a week before the event.
