The AICPA & CIMA and KPMG collaborated to develop the Finance Transformation Learning Program to teach you the importance of, and how to, evolve and upskill your career and finance team in today’s era of disruption in the business environment.

Composed of three certificates, the Ignite Change Certificate is the second in the series. The Manage Disruption Change Certificate is already available, whilst the Transform Skills Certificate will be released later in 2019.

The Ignite Change Certificate provides deeper insight into the various objectives and roles within the Finance value chain of the future.     Matt is a Managing Director in KPMG's People and Change Advisory Services with 14 years of management advisory and industry experience. He has a considerable background across all Organization Development and Human Resource functional activity. Project and program management experience includes Organization Design Human Resource Management, Change Management, Learning and Development, and Talent Management. Matt is the US lead for Talent Management and Workforce Intelligence.
