Programme outline

Chris will discuss why Cyber Security starts with the board and senior management and how taking a risk based approach by integrating cyber security into organisational objectives and risk will ensure higher levels of security and a better return on security investments.

This interactive virtual roundtable will include a table top exercise with fellow members to evaluate the preparedness of your organisation when dealing with a real life and common attack scenario.

You will be run through a scenario step-by-step to highlight real risks that your organisation may face today and how you can ensure such risks are mitigated.

In summary the benefits of attending are to ensure you start 2022 with:

  1. A clear appreciation of why senior management and board members should care about cyber security.

  2. Understanding a risk-based approach to Cyber Security

  3. Knowledge of how a specific cyber threat scenario could impact your organisation and what to do to mitigate the risks.
