Often the way that we communicate, our style and the words we use whether verbally or nonverbally runs a risk of not being received in the way that we intended.

Jackie Casey, founder and head coach of Jackie Casey Consulting Ltd, will deliver a presentation focussing on verbal and some non-verbal patterns of communication style, human emotion and how it can influence communication along with personality, all of which can have a negative impact on the recipient and may not be the message intended.

There will be a final round up of tips on managing your communication, influencing through communicating more effectively and sharing the ideas and thoughts from the group following group discussions.

Jackie Casey

Jackie Casey is founder of Jackie Casey Consulting Ltd and has worked in the People Development industry for over 20 years. Her interest in people psychology led her to qualify as an Organisational Psychologist, her other qualifications, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and a Language and Behaviour LAB Profile consultant and trainer.

Typically, Jackie works with business owners as a Coach and runs a business Mastermind group called Boardroom Buddies.

The focus is to help business owners and senior people to move their business forwards, change unwanted behaviour and enhance their performance.

Boardroom Buddies enables individuals to share ideas, overcome challenges, improve communication and to accelerate their personal and business growth.

Growing up in family-run businesses she recognised early in her career the importance of having the right people around you with the skills and ability that you need because very few successful entrepreneurs achieve success entirely on their own.

Jackie also believes that for senior managers, leaders and business owners that you can’t develop your business if you do not develop yourself.
