Sally Kettle speaks and writes about her adventures at sea, and of how her experiences might inspire and change the lives of others. The first woman to row the Atlantic Ocean twice from East to West, Sally tells of rough seas, wild storms, harsh living and encounters with sharks. It is her experiences of people, though, that provide illumination, inspiration and insight. Relevant to corporate teams and community groups alike, the lessons from Sally’s adventures are about life and relationships, and how people cope with everyday challenges in ever changing circumstances.
Sally also develops online training programmes for a number of corporate clients, bringing together 15 years’ experience as an inspirational speaker and her work within the mental health and wellbeing sector.
Sally launched The Active Pregnancy Foundation during Lockdown 1.0, with aims to support women to stay active throughout pregnancy and beyond, by providing expertise & advice, changing culture and challenging policy.
