Instructor

  • Simon Horton

    Simon Horton has been acting as a coach or mentor for over 20 years and has been teaching the topics for over 15 years. He has worked across the world with an impressive list of blue-chip clients. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Imperial College, University of London, and is the author of ‘The Leader’s Guide to Negotiation’ published by The Financial Times. He has a BSc in Physics from Bristol University and scored 720 in the GMAT. He runs NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner certification courses and has been registered as a coach by both the International Coach Federation and Association for Coaching. He started his career at Capgemini and spent the next 12 years primarily in the financial services sector, designing derivatives trading systems for various asset management firms. He then spent a successful period as consultant within the oil sector before moving to his current specialism of professional development. Outside of his career, he has presented a weekly music radio show on Shoreditch Radio and has travelled to over 80 countries.
