Programme outline

James Perryman, MD of Momentus Ltd, will share the six key areas any organisation should consider and ask themselves in order to create a culture which fully embraces its people, leaders and customers, whilst providing clarity on its direction, success and the path to get there.

Remember, high performance results are not always an outcome of a high performance culture.

James will provide clarity on:

  1. The considerations for developing a motivated and well led workforce.

  2. The importance of translating a mission/vision into clear, ambitious objecitves.

  3. The value of efficient ways of working and collaborating together.

James Perryman, MD of Momentus Limited, established in 2016, helps businesses and leaders improve communication, employee engagement and customer experience across their business.

James's vision was to work with individuals and organisations to help them understand themselves better and in doing so, deliver stronger performance individually and collectively.

Momentus is founded on the belief that taking conscious time to work on ourselves – what drives us, motivates us, the environment in which we thrive, how we work with others and what might derail us – results in significantly better outcomes for individuals, teams and long term growth and higher performance for business.

James and the Momentus team deliver coaching, keynote speaking, consultancy services and training courses on performance, management, communication and customer service skills directly to clients and also in partnership with organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce.

He is an OKR Master (Objectives and Key Results), involving facilitating Board/senior manager workshops for organisations deploying OKRs as part of their high performance culture as well as delivering training and coaching services.

James delivered a keynote talk at CIMA Engage Europe conference 2022 titled “High Performing Business, or a High Performance Culture?” and has recently worked with AO.com, leading a consultancy project to build a strategy, framework and delivery plan for their high performance culture.
