Product information

Covid-19 dramatically changed our worlds, and while some enjoyed the changes, others experienced a range of difficult situations and emotions from traumatic illness and losses to anxiety about returning to work. This session will explore the emotional toll the pandemic has taken on many of us. We will focus on the causes and effects of stress and anxiety, particularly in the context of moving into a ‘new normal.’ Finally, we will introduce some very simple practical techniques for managing stress and anxiety which can be used anywhere by anyone.
