Our first Coffee Session of the year will be taking place on 01 February and we will be joined by Tim Johnston, an Executive Coach & Mediator. Tim is going to talk about how you can be a good listener in your personal and professional lives.

Listening to understand, and to provide an environment in which others can do good thinking, is an invaluable skill. Tim will talk about how to work on this skill. He will touch on a number of topics such as body language, empathy, and how to alleviate anxiety of how to respond in difficult situations.
