Product information

Joy will share both the origin and metamorphosis of the ‘Spoon Theory;’ from a teenager’s description of managing Lupus to its use in chronic pain management, ADHD and living with mental health issues. She will demonstrate how the use of simple tools and techniques like this can give us insight into our hectic lives, explanations for burnout and fatigue, and help us to change. By working with simple tools and techniques for self-reflection and action we can create new habits, routines and self-care strategies that will rebalance our energy stores.
