Kal Ali ACMA CGMA, Business Controller, Ramboll UK

Kal is a Business Controller for Ramboll UK, Kal partners with Senior Management in the Transport market to provide financial planning, reporting and analysis on market & divisional performance.

Within this, he leads a team of five Financial Project Coordinators to drive improvement in project performance, risk management and continuous improvement to deliver greater commercial value across the board”

Gemma Browne, Apprenticeship Support Manager, DHL Supply Chain UK

Gemma's role in apprenticeships is to be the support for potential applicants, current learners, line managers and learning providers. Whether that be on an advisory level or pastoral support. Gemma is a huge advocate for apprenticeships and the development they can bring to people and their career journeys.

Fatima Hassan FCMA CGMA, Financial Controller, Finance Strategy & Development, Network Rail

Fatima started her career at Network Rail as a Finance Graduate and has over 10 years' experience working in their finance department, having undertaken a number of financial and analytical roles. She currently heads up the Finance Strategy & Development team, where she delivers people and learning & development initiatives for a community of 1000+ finance professionals. She also leads the talent development programmes for finance graduates, apprentices, and placement students, and has extensive experience of supporting young people.

Fatima is a CIMA fellow and one of the founding members of the CIMA women in Leadership forum. She is also a Trustee Director of the Railways Pension Scheme. Fatima has worked with the company's "Cultural Fusion" ethnicity network and is a strong advocate and promoter of creating a diverse and inclusive environment at Network Rail.

Lisa-Todd White, Finance and Commercial Talent Manager, Siemens

Lisa is a finance and commercial talent manager for Siemens in the UK.  They have approximately 30 graduates and school leavers on their scheme rotating around different Siemens businesses, all other than masters students, are studying for a professional qualification through the level 7 apprenticeship scheme.  Lisa has has seen over 110 students through their scheme.
