Lauren McLaughlin and Jennifer Sole, Partners and Employment Law Solicitors, Curzon Green Solicitors
Lauren and Jennifer are both partners and specialists in employment law, within the employment team at Curzon Green Solicitors. Lauren is predominantly based at our City office in London and Jennifer in High Wycombe. Both are experienced in acting for employers and employees, in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. These vary from general HR advice and drafting contracts and agreements, to litigating complex multifaceted claims in the Tribunals, High Courts and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, including complaints relating to dismissals, pay disputes and discrimination. They sit on Working Parties for the Employment Lawyers Association to respond to consultations on upcoming changes in legislation.
