  • Dmitri Alexeev

    Dmitri is a Partner in BPM’s Corporate Tax Practice and co-leads the blockchain and digital assets group. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience with regional and national accounting firms. He’s worked with many public and private companies, including closely held businesses and startup companies, ranging in size from $1 million to over $100 billion in assets. He has extensive experience serving clients in financial services and technology industries.

    Dmitri has extensive tax advisory and compliance experience with emphasis on financial and regulatory reporting, including business taxation, accounting methods and elections and state taxation. He also has broad experience in ASC 740, income taxes, and significant experience with federal and California tax controversy.

    Dmitri Alexeev holds an active CPA license in California.

  • Daniel Figueredo

    Daniel is a Partner in Assurance, Head of BPM’s Nonprofit Industry group and FinTech practice. He has worked extensively with fair value and alternative investments, lending, significant endowments and UPMIFA, donor-advised funds, planned giving, partnership accounting, program-related investments, New Markets Tax Credits, gifts-in-kind, crypto/digital currency, and significant capital campaigns. As Leader of BPM’s FinTech practice, Daniel is a thought leader in cryptocurrency and digital assets. He works closely with companies involved with bitcoin, ether, crypto hedge funds, custodians, exchanges, and other digital asset companies. As a leading subject matter and thought leader, he frequently presents for the AICPA and other industry associations and conferences on a variety of topics.
