Sunil will discuss how the reform has been designed to tackle non-compliance with the off-payroll working rules, making all public sector and medium and large organisations in the private and third sectors responsible for determining the tax status of contractors and ensuring that the right employment taxes are paid.
During the session we will cover:

Sunil Kansal, Managing Director and Head of Consulting and Valuation Division, Shasat Consulting
Sunil Kansal heads the Consulting and Valuation division at Shasat Consulting and has been leading several IFRS, US GAAP, Compliance, Financial Structuring, Risk Management, Valuation, and technical advisory projects. Sunil is a well-known international speaker. He has over 23 years of industry experience working with ING Group and Bank of America as well as with all the big four accounting firms in several jurisdictions. Sunil has authored many technical articles and books touching on the most pressing, accounting, risk management, compliance, and industry issues. He is a regular speaker through various forums. Mr Kansal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI).
