  • Rick Jewell, SVP, SCM Applications Development, Oracle

    Rick Jewell is senior vice president of Oracle Applications development. Jewell has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Oracle’s supply chain management applications. In addition, his responsibilities include Oracle's recent acquisitions in supply chain, specifically the transportation management, demand planning, advanced planning and scheduling, and product lifecycle management products.

    Prior to Oracle, Jewell spent nine years with a large global systems integrator and he also served as CIO for a Bay Area-based medical-device manufacturing company. Jewell is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a BA in economics and an MS in industrial engineering.

  • Ignacio Marcos, Partner, McKinsey

    Ignacio's work focuses on the client-service-consumer sector that he leads for McKinsey's Iberian office. He is a leader of the firm's operations transformation work, leading major programs for both global companies and local champions in Europe, Spain, and the United States.

    Examples of Ignacio's recent work include the following:

    • leading the productivity transformation for a global consumer company to deliver $1 billion in savings in indirect procurement, external manufacturing, productivity, and logistics
    • driving a local consumer company's operations transformation, with a focus on cross-functional levers to increase earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization by 15 percent
    • supporting a global medical technology company’s operations transformation by increasing operational agility while driving savings through network optimization, portfolio reduction, and procurement excellence
  • Ash Noah, CPA, FCMA, CGMA

    Ash Noah - CPA, FCMA, CGMA, is Managing Director, CGMA Learning, Education and Development, at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. In this position, Ash leads the Research, Examinations and Product Development for the Management Accounting Unit. His primary responsibility is to ensure that the Association’s Finance Competency Framework, Syllabus, Examinations and Learning solutions are effective and remain relevant to the practice of Management Accounting. Ash works closely with Finance Leaders globally, identifying the trends impacting the finance profession.
    Ash was the CFO for the International Unit of TNT global express logistics provider and has led finance transformation in teams across 45 countries. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), licensed US CPA and member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Ash has a passion for flying and is an avid aviator
