    Donna Salter, Owner, Catalyst Leadership LLC, Saratoga Springs, Utah Donna W. Salter has created numerous professional development programs designed for intentional positive leadership, including: communication, collaboration, empathic listening, leadership essentials, presentation skills, time management, and aligning personal and professional brands to maximize authenticity. Donna frequently conducts retreats and strategic planning sessions for accounting firms. Donna is a faculty member for Intend2Lead, a leadership development firm focused on empowering organizations to make meaningful cultural change. She is also a certified webcast facilitator for Business Learning Institute’s (BLI) The Anticipatory Organization – Accounting and Finance Edition. From 2011-2018, Donna directed the operation of the Association's emerging leaders segment and managed their very successful Leadership Academy. Prior to AICPA, she was the director of professional development for the Utah and North Carolina CPA societies for a combined span of twenty-five years. This amazing experience sparked her love of the accounting profession. Donna earned a bachelor of science degree (with honors) majoring in Management and Organization Development with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina. She holds professional facilitator certifications from BLI, FranklinCovey, VitalSmarts, Corexl, and Development Dimensions International.
