Speakers’ details:
Marcus Wright, Senior Economist at NatWest, has over 18 years professional experience as an economist. He heads up the Bank’s forecasting and stress-testing scenarios team, and analyses economic dynamics to inform the Bank’s strategy. Previously, Marcus worked for an investment trust and an economic development consultancy. His particular areas of interest are the UK economy, the energy transition, and geopolitics. He has a first-class degree in economic science from the University of Aberdeen.
Stuti Saksena, Economist at NatWest, leads on the production of economic intelligence, and the building of economic scenarios to support budgeting, provisioning, and stress-testing exercises. She was previously at HSBC, and has over ten years professional experience as an economist. Stuti has an MPhil, Economics from the University of Cambridge.
