    Nigel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). As Vice President of ALM Finance - Financial Reporting, he oversees the reporting function of Prudential Financial Inc. (PFI or Prudential) General Account investment portfolio. He and his team are responsible for managing the preparation of the investments and fair value disclosures and footnotes within the PFI 10Q/K, and Prudential’s other legal entities stand-alone financial statement filings. Nigel is also responsible for the oversight of certain controllership functions within ALM Finance, including investment related SOX compliance and internal controls.
