CGMA Store Return and Cancellation Policy

Product Cancellations/Refunds:

  • CPD Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for online CPD subscription products.
  • Non-Subscription CPD Products: Individual, online courses and videos may receive refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • eBooks: Full refunds for all eBook products will be issued for requests received within 10 days of purchase.
  • Webcasts: Refunds, less 50% administrative fee, will be issued if cancellation requests are received up to a day prior to Web Event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received during the Web Event or after the Web Event completion.
  • CIMA Local Events: If you need to cancel your place(s) at an event, please notify the event organiser at the earliest opportunity. For paid events, a refund can only be made if written notification is received by the event organiser seven working days or more prior to the date of the event.
  • In-Person: Should you test positive for COVID-19 within seven working days of the event, then a refund we will also be made when proof is provided.
