The prize draw is open to all active ACMA and FCMA members of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) who complete the post a public photo of the Reimagine outdoor advertising campaign on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook in London using the hashtag #CIMAreimagine between 00.00 GMT on Thursday 31 October 2019 and 23.59 GMT Monday 4 November 2019.

You must be over 18 to enter the prize draw.
Employees, (including members that are employees), or agencies of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Association of International Professional Accountants (AICPA), its group companies and affiliates or their family members, or anyone else connected with the ‘CIMAReimagine - prize draw’ may not enter the prize draw.
There will be one prize draw and one winner. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 5 November 2019.
The winner will be chosen by being drawn at random from the valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a computerised random number generator.
CIMA accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The winner will be notified on social and will accept by email. CIMA accepts no liability for non-receipt or any other loss in connection with non-receipt of any public messages and neither does it accept liability for the accuracy of email addresses provided to which we will send the tickets.
The winner must confirm their CIMA Contact ID and email address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to CIMA within four days of being notified by CIMA, or if the winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, then they shall forfeit their prize and CIMA shall be entitled to select an alternate winner in accordance with the process described above.
The tickets will be sent to the winner by email. CIMA accepts no responsibility for the non-delivery or otherwise.
The decision of CIMA is final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes.
The name, city and country of residence of the winner(s) can be obtained after 5 November 2019 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the following address: The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, The Helicon, One South Place, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 2RB
The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activity related to the ‘‘CIMAReimagine - prize draw’ . The winner will be given the option to give their consent upon winning.
Entry to the ‘CIMAReimagine - prize draw’ is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By submitting your details in the survey, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
By submitting your information, you are agreeing to have your data processed in accordance with CIMA’s Privacy Policy.
CIMA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the CPD survey prize draw or accepting the prize. CIMA further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials in connection with, the ‘CIMAReimagine - prize draw’. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of CIMA for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
CIMA reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of CIMA in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
CIMA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The ‘CIMAReimagine - prize draw’ will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
